There are quite a few in fact, none of which are less then prohibitively expensive, I think the cheapest I have seen is on ebay for a little under 200 dollars. The newest issue of game informer also has an advert for an up-and-coming device that literally would fit your description to a T. Shaper image I think had the first one and it was called the Aqous, it sucked and it was expensive.
