The municipal government of Solidarity - the municipality of the Playa del Carmen Real Estate area - has officially launched the "Single Window" project, a project intended to stream-line procedures and limit paperwork to only one visit to the city office. City Hall launched the project through the Secretary General and the Department of Civil Registry, and also offered a orientation session procedures for weddings in the Riviera Maya.
Since many of those interested sharing the most important day of their life here are non-Mexicans, just as many Playa del Carmen Real Estate buyers are non-Mexicans, this project will provide service through two bilingual secretaries, who will provide service to the public in receiving documents via the Internet, wedding programs, payment procedures, and assigning an officer responsible for the wedding in a quick and efficient manner.
Likewise the secretaries will receive wedding documentation on Saturdays and Sundays for Mexicans and foreigners, in order to better serve tourists and non-Mexican residents.
A special orientation was given to wedding organizers from various hotels. The purpose of the orientation was to train in the area of civil registration procedures; issues included fees, marriage by shared or separate property, as well as requirements for marriages between Mexicans and foreigners.
Further details regarding the new "stream-lined" documentation project can be found at the Department of Civil Registry, which is headed by Pedro Jimenez Tamayo, and located in Plaza Papagayos, on the corner of Juarez Ave. and 45th Street.

O.K one more time, rattling or knocking when i go 70 and over.?
I have to take the high way everyday to get to work, and i have been tryin to stay under 70 since this started but now i cant even go 60-65 and it will start knocking like. and when i get off the highway on to the off ramp it will just sit there knocking , and when i hit the gas it gets faster, and it seems a little slower like not so ready to move. I drive Buick Park Ave. And after a mile or 2 it stops, i scared one day its not going to. i used to have riviera that the engine blew in and my park ave sounds just like it. HELP ME PLEASE MY CAR SOUNDS LIKE A HOOPTY
i had a oil change 2 or 3 months ago, i thought that it might help but it didnt
when was the last time you changed your oil or checked it? If the oil level is ok and the knocking is extremely bad it can't be a good sign.
