Expect to see some wild birds that you won't see in your back garden. Spotting a kingfisher darting across the water is always exciting, look out for a flash of blue close to the water. We have all seen them, those small-wheeled bicycles whizzing around congested city streets during the rush hour. How long is the bike trail at the Corning Preserve in Albany, NY?
I rode the bike trail, but I have no idea how far I went. I started at the Corning Preserve and rode the regular trail until it got all the way to another boat launch area and I couldn't go any farther, then I turned around and went back. The place where I turned around had a one lane road that went out into a city area.
