Is too much power from amp to subs a bad thing?
I have a 720 rms subs running on an amp that has 1200 rms is that bad, if so what amp should I get. I have a Polk Audio db1222 Dual Enclosure 12-Inch Subwoofer running on a PYLE PLA2220 2 Channel 2400 Watt Bridgeable Mosfet Amplifier ( I know its a cheap amp).
It might blow your sub after a while but, if it working dont fix it. Since you have a cheap amp it will probably be fine
