How do I get an Apple brand Firewire cable to work for PC?
I'm trying to import video from a Mini DV Camera onto my computer, but the Apple firewire cable is not establishing communication between the camera and the computer. Nothing happens when I turn the camera on (on any mode) while it's connected to the computer. Please help!
Make sure you have the dv camera driver installed so that your software can detect it. What software are you using to download the video?
