How do i fix my 1993 Chevy Camaro?
I have a 1993 Chevy Camaro (5-speed, 3.4L V6) and the 5th gear doesnt work. Im pretty sure it is the synchronizer. I wanted to know if anyone knew how much i would cost to fix this problem? any help would be greatly appreciated.
I build cars and have the 92 Camaro 5 speed. I asked 2 of my friends who specialize in transmissions to put a 3rd gear sinc in for me and they both rolled their eyes. seems the 5 speed is a bit of a mess to fix. I looked at prices to buy a rebuild kit and it cost more(at my discounted price) than a 700R4 auto. Go figure. sorry
