Many people are wondering what truck they should buy. Should it be a Chevy or Ford? Where I am from, many people are very proud of their trucks and and love them very much. They spend time putting big tires on them, making them loud with pipes and glass packs, and raising them up higher, or jacking them up.There is a lot of time and money that goes into making a truck unique and custom to the individual owner. I have know some truck owners who loved their truck so much, that they spent more than what they paid for the truck to fix it up.
So if you are choosing between a Ford or a Chevy, there's not to much difference really. I like the Chevy personally because of the look and the models. Ford has some very nice products as well. Its all a matter of preference. I think that both companies have a lot to offer as far as the car, truck, or SUV goes. Ford has spend a lot of time recently making sure that their cars get better gas mileage than before. Chevy has done the same as well. Both of the companies offer hybrid models in the SUV category. I have not seen any trucks that are offered in the hybrid yet, but I am sure they are not far away.
My personal favorite is the Chevy Tahoe. I like the old square body styles myself. The ones that were from 95-99. These are just solid looking trucks in my opinion. I have a few friends who have redone the entire Tahoe as far as the drivetrain goes. Some have even redone the interior. If you are going to buy ones of these, just make sure that you get one in good physical shape. You don't want to buy an older Tahoe that has a body that is beaten or banged up. You want something that is solid with no rust.
So no matter which you choose, Chevy or Ford, just remember to take care of your vehicle and it will take care of you.
