Sounds like a fairly impressive word...all aspects of it. The power in the word 'Control', the sure footed-ness of 'System' and the seriousness of 'Management'. Yet like all abiding management mantras it translates to something simple: forecast, plan, control & report.
Seems simple to execute doesn't it. Yet, as a consultant, I have a field day with it. Almost invariably the improvement areas (critiques) of MCS of one organization could be applied to another, after tweaking it ever so slightly.
In some of the supposedly better organizations it reads like
o No closed loop between forecasting & review
o No roots cause analysis for recurring problems
o No accountability for corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
In the poorer cousins
o No forecasting system/ Little planning
o No reviews to measure adherence to schedules
o No variance analysis
The top management of the company looks really worried when they listen to consultants tearing their MCS apart. And they hope that the fat paychecks to consultants will plug the leaking holes in their fabulous ship. But like all things simple, it takes months to develop a discipline; twenty one times, without fail, to develop a habit.
21 reviews without fail
21 weekly/daily plans
21 supervisory control sheets to be filled.
Ask a skeptical consultant about 'the simplicity' of forecast, plan, control & report. It is simple to understand and explain, very difficult to implement on a sustainable basis. The consultant dreads thinking of pulling the organizational horse to water so many times ... and praying to almighty that the organizational horse drinks it every twenty one time.

Wedding MC Jokes - top tips to make the day go smoothly
In some parts of the world it is common to include the role of Wedding MC, whose job is to introduce other speakers, make announcements and keep the wedding guests informed of what is going on at any particular time to help the wedding run smoothly.
If you've been chosen for this role you need to remember that part of your role will be to inject humor into the proceedings. Bear in mind that wedding guests will be of all age groups and backgrounds when selecting your wedding MC jokes as the aim is to amuse people without causing any offence.
The Wedding MC is a primary speaker at the wedding reception, commanding attention when appropriate and speaking briefly when required - the bride and groom are the centre of focus, not you!
Even if you feel you're a natural born comedian - maybe that's why you've been chosen to be the Master of Ceremony's on this important day - make sure you have chosen a selection of good jokes with you on the day.
Remembering that practice makes perfect will help you deliver the jokes to your best ability as you'll start to internalise the jokes rather than having to read them of a card, which can sound rather stilted.
It is common for the MC to have a microphone, so if you aren't used to using one try and get a few minutes practice in before the event. If you don't have a mike then you'll need to make sure your voice carries to the back of the room so that everyone can clearly hear what you say.
If you've chosen the right jokes, have practised enough to feel confident then the day should go well. Wedding guests are always ready to laugh and once they've got a drink in their hand and relaxed you'll have no problem at all on the big day.

Is it possible control/drive a CD-ROM by ATAPI command and a 8 bit MCU?
Hi i have a question.
i juat know is it possible control and drive a CD-ROM by a 8 bit MCU "AVR/PIC/MCS-50/68hcxx" ?
For exapmle can i read one byte data in a special sectore CD?
where can i fine a target/source or schematic circuit for them?
A schematic will not help you much
What you are looking for is the interface specification and assuming you mean IDE (parallel ATA) type cd drives which most are these days you can start here:
