tampon question????????????
so i dont use tampons as like my main period controll thing... i perfer pasd cuz its less to worry about. but i have swim unit and i dont want to have to make up the class and blablabla whatever. but when i put it in or whatever it like feels fine at first and then it just hurts real bad. like in my lower stomach just like aches. so i usually take it out, but even then it still hurts. why does it hurt? should i stop using it?
Sometimes putting a tampon in causes your cramps to get worse, I don't know why this happens, but I have experienced it. I would reccommend taking a painkiller about 15 minutes before you put in the tampon to see if this helps.
