This is what's going on with this whole starting a small business or making money from home thing. Have you ever been so focused on one thing that you didn't see another? Perfect example; the other morning I was driving down main street heading east. The sun glare was so strong that that was all I could focus on. All of a sudden, thump I had run something over. Thank god it was an animal that had been run over earlier, but who likes to get road kill guts all over the tires and the bottom of the car? The point is, that I was so blinded by the light that I could not see what was ahead.
This is exactly what happens with a home business or making money at home online. We get blinded by the light.
What's the source of this blinding light? The media, we here it all the time.
· Get up at four in the morning and turn on the T.V. this has been going on for as long as I can remember. And the color of this light is green; oh yes the promise to make a ton of money right from the comfort of your home.
· How about the radio? Now we have satellite. I hear it more than ever. They offer you everything, access to a million products and you don't have to stock a single item. All you have to do is contact Bla, Bla, Bla @ one eight hundred-sit-home.
· And of course your friend and mine, the internet. Just go to your browser and type in, small business or Internet business idea, and then go to any of the links. Here the first thing you see is a mansion, exotic cars and somebody standing there with a hundred, hundreds in their hands or even better yet. Some dude in his bathing suit sitting on the beach with a laptop.
What else do they use to blind us?
· Time. Have you ever heard this one before? All in just 20 minutes a day.
· Ease. How about this one? And you don't have to do a thing we do all the work for you.
· Comfort. Here's a new one. My commute to my job is only 30 seconds.
· Freedom. Everybody loves this one. I walked into my job and fired my boss!
· Fun. Now we all like to have some fun. I went on 6 cruises in 6 months.
· Family. This one is hitting below the belt. Now I can spend all of the time I want with my kids.
This is a science; these people know where our buttons are and when to push them. Just think about it. You're up all night tossing, turning stressing over the bills. All of a sudden you here, this program has changed my life and it can do the same for you. Just call one eight six six-God-Sign. So what do you think? Wow, this must be a sign. Wrong! They know.
What I'm getting at, is look past all of the glamour and the hype. Any type of business be it at home, out in the field or in a shop can give you all of the above. However, you have to pay your dues. Yes, some are easier than others and many do fail.
Put on your shades, don't just jump before you leap, ask questions put in the work, effort, time and research then do it again. Because I know, that you know as well as I know. That if it's too good to be true. It probably is.

Two for the Ladies
Samsung have announced two new handsets which should hopefully be released in the spring. The mobile phones are part of the La Fleur collection and are aimed at the female market.
It has to be said that both phones do substitute functions for looks, but if you prefer looks to a high spec then these phones are definitely for you.
The first of the two phones is the L310 flip phone, it boasts a 2 mega pixel camera, expandable microSD memory (internal memory of 20MB), Bluetooth, MP3 player, a standard 3.5mm headphone connection allowing you to use standard headphones to listen to your music. It also comes equipped with a built in calorie counter and shopping list function.
I expect the L310 to sell mainly due to its looks and its not surprising why, it comes with a floral pattern that flows around the corner of the phone, both on the back of the phone and on the inside of the phone framing the main display screen. It has a unique S shaped hinge as well as a hidden external indicator that tells you when you have received a message. The camera lens is even surrounded by diamantes giving the handset extra bling! It comes complete with its own leather case to keep it looking shiny and brand new for as long as possible!
If the L310 doesn’t take your fancy then maybe the L320 will. It’s the more rounder of the two mobile phones, and at first glance looks none too similar to the Motorola PEBL. The L320 has a decorative pattern printed on the exterior of the phone. The front of the mobile phone has a discreet external display to indicate when you receive a text message or receive a phone call etc.
The L320 is once again a flip phone which has supposedly been designed like a seashell! It comes equip with a 2 mega pixel camera, micro SD expandable memory (internal memory 17MB), FM radio, MP3 player, and a standard 3.5mm headphone socket.
The L310 will be available in a black and gold colour scheme, and the L320 will be available in a black and purple colour scheme.

Car fuse issues?
1994 Mitsubishi Diamante
One random morning I started my car and noticed that my clock was out, my radio would ask for a code everytime the car was started, i had no control of my locks, unable to control back windows, and the lights inside the car no longer worked (side door and ceiling). I'm curious as to why all these random things would go out at once and how they could be related. Does this have something to do with a fuse or wiring? Suggestions as to where I could bring my car to fix this? Thank you.
most newer cars have an accessory fuse that controls the items you describe. it is usually under the dash and may have a little plastic piece on it that stands out from the other fuses. it maybe in a taller housing also. the reason for that or the little plastic piece is so when the car is pdi'd (pre-delivery inspection), it stands out for the technician to push it in all the way. it is left unseated so the battery doesn't fully discharge while it sits on the dock, mfg. lot, dealer lot, truck, etc.
i would look for the plastic piece or taller housing and replace that fuse. or get an owners manual or shop manual for your vehicle and check the power distribution section or fuses.
um...never, ever replace a fuse with a higher rated fuse.
maybe the power socket/cigarette lighter may have shorted the circuit. if the lighter has a bunch of crud on the end of it, i would suggest not using anymore. otherwise you may need the services of the local automotive repair facility.
