Can you load it at all?
If you can load it but no music plays, make sure the CDs are labeled side DOWN, not the way you'd put it in a regular stereo or such.
If the CD changed doesn't even eject the magazine, it might be a wiring issue resulting in no power to the changer.
However, if you can load the changer, there is a CD option on the stereo. One of the buttons on the right side of the screen lets you choose CD (Tape and AM/FM buttons are in the same area, depending on what stereo is in it).
Disregard all of the above if it's an after market system.
Music CDs survive against the odds
QI recently disposed of my 12-year-old car and found six CDs in the boot-mounted disc changer. They were subjected to great changes in temperature, but I was amazed to find that all six discs still played perfectly.
