re inserting my graphics card causes my computer to go into sleep mode?
ok so had to take out my radeon x1300 graphics card, but now when i put it back in, my computer goes nowhere and just goes into power save mode, i dont understand what i need to do to fix this, i was told to go into control panel then power options and to turn off the sleep mode from there, but the dropdown menu isnt there for that, just turn off hardisk and turn off monitor, so i did some research and i was told to go into my bios and put in back up, but i have no idea how to get into my bios, u guys have any suggestions on how to fix this or enter my bios?
OK first of all 1 question, did you have the computer OFF when you took it out?
after that, to get into your ios just reboot your computer and it should say something before the windows icon pops up about pressing a key to go to settings or something. Mine is F8, so try that.
