Here are some more information for Dual Zone:

GM's sale of Saab has some wondering what would become of certain Saab vehicles already in the planning pipeline. A newly updated 9-5 line is a go, but what about a product that won't be out until late in the 2010 calendar year - Saab's 2011 9-4X crossover? Well, according to Saab that vehicle will hit the market as planned and on schedule too.
The Saab 9-4X is a product much needed by the Swedish automaker as it repositions itself as a distinctly unique brand. The manufacturer's earlier foray into the world of SUVs was a failure as the current 9-7X is based on an aged GM truck platform Saab shares with Chevrolet and other US brands. The upcoming 9-4X and the recently released Cadillac SRX utilize a modified version of GM's Theta platform.
Gas And Diesel Powerplants Offered
Engine choices haven't been finalized but the new Saab will offer both gasoline and diesel powerplants. The latter engine choice will enable the 9-4X to compete all across Europe where gas-diesel sales are evenly divided. No word yet if the Mexican built crossover will offer a diesel option for its North America dealers as American and Canadian customer demand for these types of engines remains quite low.
The five passenger Saab 9-4X will be offered in both front and all wheel drive variations. Leather and chrome treatments will be found throughout the cabin with dual zone air conditioning, voice recognition navigation system, high end audio system with a hard drive device along with all of the latest safety features customers demand will be offered. In addition, a cargo management u-rail system, OnStar, Bluetooth capability and a theft-deterrent alarm system will be standard across the Saab 9-4X line.
Battling Stiff European Competition
The Saab 9-4X will be up against stiff competition when it debuts. The Volvo XC60 occupies the same segment and offers a long list of safety features including City Safety where the crossover is able to automatically come to a complete stop when it "senses" that it is about to hit the car in front of it. Saab doesn't have a similar safety feature to offer buyers, instead it will be relying on its competitive price point to help it battle Volvo, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW and Mercedes for customers. Expect the front wheel drive Saab 9-4X to retail in the low 30s with the all wheel drive version priced from the mid 30s.
Even well before the Saab 9-4X is released, its new owners will need to develop a comprehensive strategy to ensure that Saab remains a viable player for many years to come. Hybrid and alternative fuel technology are options for Saab as are alliances with GM, Opel and others to help the Swedish automaker offer an expanded line up in order to maintain a viable market presence for the long term.

What Is a Dual Zone Car DVD Player?
Knowing the answer to the question "What is a dual zone car DVD player?" can come in handy when the time has come to take the old jalopy down to the car stereo place and really begin getting it set up to be the rolling entertainment center it always wanted to be.
These days, having a good car DVD player installed is almost mandatory if one hopes to be taken seriously as a true rolling-entertainment-center-on-wheels connoisseur.
There's a question within that question above, though, and that deals with car DVD player zones.
Basically, what this means is that the DVD player is able to operate both as the entertainment center you want it to be while also carrying out other vital functions such as GPS navigation.
A single zone player can only do one or the other, by the way, meaning that it can be a GPS device or an entertainment device but not both at the same time.
Dual zone car DVD players work on certain principles that basically have to do with how the computer and microprocessor chip in the DVD player divides up its assigned tasks. It's all very simple nowadays, and a processor will handle doling out available resources to keep not only the movies (and the good times) going but also keep you from getting lost while out on the wide-open road. This is a wonderful thing, it must be said.
There are a great many advantages to spending the relatively paltry extra money involved in getting a dual zone car DVD player.
For one, you won't have to install some other sort of sound system if you go with a dual zone, which is something you have to do if you go with a single zone DVD player.
For another, dual zone players just seem to be more capable at everything they do. This shouldn't be underestimated as a factor.
The easiest way to tell if you have a single or dual zone car DVD player is to check to see if the player can not only play its music or movies but also perform another task or function while doing so. If it can, you're golden. If it can't, maybe it's time to upgrade a little. Problems involved in DVD zones usually have to do with spillover or interference with navigation, but that's pretty much about it. As long as there's sufficient processing power, everything's good.
Nowadays, a high quality dual zone car DVD player can be found at a certain very famous online auction site for well under $300. A 7 inch screen, iPod capability and GPS navigation are standard, along with the player being pretty much universal in terms of dashboards it can fit into. Just keep in mind that you want a dual zone, so always check to make sure it can handle two different tasks at the same time.

Would this dual zone wine cooler be suitable to store only red wine?
My dad makes batches of 30 bottles of red wine only. Is this cooler ok or should I look for another one?
http://www.danby.ca/product.asp?cod_prod=DWC283BLS&code=0010
"Set the temperature between 10C - 18C for red wine in the upper 10 bottle section"
"Set the temperature between 5C - 10C for white wine in the lower 20 bottle section"
You might want a bigger one; if your dad makes 30 bottles a year he'll want to store bottles for longer than just a year.
