Here are some more information for Focal Speaker:

Your dress will act as the centerpiece for the day, and will provide the focal point for every photo you share with your wedding party and loved ones. That is why a perfect fit is essential - not only for comfort and movement, but also for capturing the glamour and bridal beauty that is you.
So how does a perfect fit magically arrive? It's easy. Just follow these simple steps as you near the big day. You will see that magic has nothing to do with it - but rather a sensible plan and a simple guide will set you on the right path to a beautiful bridal body.
Prior to your Wedding Day
8 to 12 Months Prior:
- Start looking for that perfect dress
- Clip out magazine pictures of the dresses you love
- Visit reputable wedding gown shops and try on, try on, try on. You never know what a dress really looks like until it is off the hanger and hanging on you
- Make sure the dress is comfortable - not too tight, not too hot, not too heavy. Remember you will be in your dress all day
- Choose the size that fits you right now. A qualified seamstress will be able to adjust your fit exactly to your body when your wedding day arrives. It's always easier to take in the dress than to let it out
- Start or continue an exercise program. Resistance training will help with definition in your arms, shoulders, and back
- Get serious about your diet. Make healthy choices and reduce fast foods and processed foods
- Start cleansing. Detoxify your body and release impurities along with any unwanted pounds. The program I use has allowed me to release 20 inches of fat
- If you have more than 30 pounds to lose, you will need to start sooner than later to achieve that beautiful bridal body you always dreamed of, and it is possible
3 to 4 Months Prior:
- Try on the dress for fit. If you are losing inches or weight, the dress will feel roomy
- Ask your seamstress to pin the dress in places where the fit is too loose
- Continue with your exercise and nutritional cleansing program
1 Month Prior:
- Time to get serious. If you still have weight you would like to lose then bump up the exercise
- Consider doing a 9 day intensive program to whittle your waist for the final fitting
- Try on the dress and adjust the pins as necessary so that the fit is formed to your new shape
1-2 Weeks Prior:
- You are here! Time to get those alterations completed. Make sure you check with your seamstress on timing of the dress. It is best to have your dress ready no less than 4 days prior to your wedding, to help reduce stress and worry
- If yo are worried about putting on a few pounds until D-day, stay on your current wedding weight loss program
The Wedding Day
- Enjoy! You have put a lot of hard work into your planning, preparations, and getting that beautiful bridal body. Feel relieved, feel proud and especially feel ecstatic. Time to celebrate!

Understanding the Same Message
One of the many challenges to motivational speakers is that of making sure the message is conveyed to the audience as it was intended. A conference room filled with people listening to the same speaker does not automatically mean that every person in the room heard the same thing. Remember the old "telephone" game that was played with friends? Or how about the high school science class lecture about how to read the periodic table of elements? The driver examiner's directions when you went to get your first drivers license? The church minister's lengthy sermon on trust? These are but examples of situations when one person hears something different than the person who was speaking it or different than the person sitting next to them.
Expert motivational speakers know how to work with the act of hearing. First they tell their audiences what they are going to tell them, then they tell them and then they tell them what they told them! Motivational speaking is the art of getting the message out. Part storyteller, part teacher, part actor, the expert motivational speakers use not only language, but motion and voice to hold their listeners. Take away any of these skills and the results are usually less than desirable. Monotone speech, little or no movement and zero facial expression will lead the audience to certainly daydream and be anywhere except where they are! Listening is the act of hearing what has been said. There are no guarantees that audiences will actually hear the same message or focal point of any public presentation even though they listened to the same speaker because audiences come to a motivational presentation from so many different points of reference. They may have over slept and arrived late, they may be replaying the 14th birdie putt that they missed, they may be recovering from the late night theme party or they may be thinking about returning the call back to their home office. Wherever their minds are, the challenge faced by the expert motivational speakers is to bring their listeners back and hold them long enough to get the message heard.
We all can reflect back to a time when we have heard memorable speakers. Sometimes the memory is positive and sometimes it is remembered because it was so bad. People tend to remember the extremes and everything in the middle tends to get lost. Speaking to large groups or to a few individuals matters not. The same skills are used but in varying degrees and ranges. For the listener on the other hand, the ability to stay focused is what makes the difference in the hearing and listening experience. We all may be in the same place, listening to the same presentation but not hearing the same message. "Do you hear what I hear" is often decided after the presentation, when colleagues, associates and friends discuss the speaker and what they heard and felt.

How to set my amp for louder bass?
I have 2 JL 10w1s hooked up to my JL 1000.1 and i had it professionally installed and it had amazing bass until i got my Focal speakers put in and he turned them down so i didnt blow the speakers or something. How do i tune the amp for a little more bass. Like which knob and dont i turn it up all the way and stop when the bass gets sloppy and thats when i know its is as high as it should go( when tuning)?
to maximize clean signal strength from your amp, you need to adjust the gain or input sensitivity settings. Here's how:
Set the input sensitivity controls of your amplifier to their minimum level (counter clockwise).
Put in a CD and turn the receiver's volume control up (you might have to raise the amp's gain just a bit to hear the music).
When you hear distortion, stop. Turn the volume down until it disappears. As much signal as possible is passing from the receiver to the amp. This maximizes the signal-to-noise ratio, and leaves your system less prone to engine noise problems. Keep the volume setting here.
Now turn the gain controls on the amplifier up until it's as loud as you'll play it. If you hear distortion, slightly decrease the gain settings.
Now you've optimized the amp's output with the receiver's volume set near maximum. You can turn the volume almost all the way up and not damage your speakers or amplify distortion. If you're hooking up a subwoofer, a test disc (or bass-heavy CD) is helpful for making final adjustments.
