There is definitely a leak in the tank, air lines, or somewhere in the air system. Start by eliminating possibilities - like disconnect the air lines to the trailer and see if the pressure still drops. Continue with carefully looking for leaks by spraying soapy water on the tank and lines, looking for air bubbles. When you find a bubble, you have found a leak.
