Here are some more information for Gamma Beta:

Music and rhythm files that spans the spectrum of sound are routinely downloaded via the Internet. With social media and networking, MP3 binaural beats are now being circulated in cyberspace and often for free.
These beats are used as meditation aids that encourage the human brain to move to a lower brain wave frequency where alpha waves can begin to produce healing effects on the mind and body. The beats are a combination of oral or visual stimuli that shift brainwaves from beta to alpha and up to gamma.
They are the beat created by using two different sounds mixed together. basically the sound between the beats is the binaural beat. Over headphones a different and unique beat is heard by each ear.
The sound of each recording has to be at a specific level in order for the human ear to discern the beat created by the two different sounds. This frequency between the two tones is supposed to somewhere in the middle of 1000 to 1500 hertz and the sound between the two can't differ by more than 30 hertz.
Using binaural sounds to reach the beta level will increase concentration and analytical thinking. Moving into the alpha wavelength drowsiness and relaxation. Delta waves are associated with dreams meditation and R.E.M. sleep.
Listening to binaural beats is easier than you think. A quick search for mp3 files turns up many results offering free mp3 downloads. A visit to itunes or a specialist site will turn up further recordings.
Those interested in using binaural beats to heighten awareness and improve well being may be able to obtain these recordings from their physician. Be careful of buying MP3 binaural beats from self proclaimed authorities on altered consciousness and meditation. Most of the beats can be found free of charge with the right research.

Carotenoids -- Important Antioxidants
The best known is beta-carotene, because of its provitamin A ability. However, we can synthesize Vitamin A from other carotenoids as well including alpha carotene (carrots, pumpkins, red and yellow peppers), beta-cryptoxanthin (oranges, tangerines, peaches, nectarines and papayas), and gamma-carotene
You can see that carotenoids tend to be the pigment that makes these fruits and vegetables red, orange or yellow.
There're over 600 types of carotenoids, though just a few dozen in the foods we normally eat. They're split into two categories: xanthophylls (which contain oxygen) and carotenes (which don't contain any oxygen).
Their coloring is an important part of their function. They absorb light for photosynthesis and protect chlorophyll from damage caused by sunlight.
What's really interesting, since most people interested enough in diet and health to be concerning about carotenoids also think they should be eating a low-fat diet, is that fats (lipids) are an important part of the bio-availability of dietary carotenoids. That is, to digest and use the carotenoids you eat, you should be eating them with some fat. A 2005 study found that taking avocado fruit and oil along with carotenoids increased the ability of people to digest and use them.
That's why people invented salad dressing. Not just for the taste (though that's important too), but so we can best use the carotenoids we're eating.
Eating higher amounts of carotenoids has been linked to having a lower risk of breast and lung cancer.
The carotenoid lycopene, commonly found in tomatoes, is especially important to men because it's linked to lower risk of prostate cancer.
Lutein and zeathanthin (xanthophylls found in corn and leafy vegetables) are believed to protect the macular region of our retinas from free radical damage, and so they may help prevent macular degeneration.
Natural sources of carotenoids include most every fruit and vegetable with orange-red-yellow color. Crude palm oil contains the highest concentration of provitamin A carotenoids. The Vietnamese Gac fruit contains the highest concentrate of lycopene.
Carotenoid supplementation is probably best done through taking it in natural form, from supplements made from natural sources or a superfood supplement. Many supplements for male health will contain lycopene.
Smokers are now advised to not take any beta-carotene as a supplement. Supposedly it's linked to a greater risk of lung cancer. Does this mean smokers shouldn't eat carrots?

Explain the difference between Gamma rays, Beta radiation and Alpha radiation??!!?
I basically need to know this and websites are just confusing me!!
I need to know:
If the are fast or slow,
If they are heavy or rather light,
What damage they do to the body & skin ???
Thannkkkkk yu in advance !!
I'll go in order
Gamma radiation is basically a high frequency, short wavelength electromagnetic wave. Thus, they are very fast (300 000 000 m/s) - the speed of light.
They don't have a mass, only an associated energy.
They can be very damaging to the body when exposed in large doses and for relatively long periods of time. This is because of their ability to ionise your cells by removing electrons. This is a small chance though, and so they will usually pass right through the body without causing any real harm.
Beta particles are high energy electrons released through decay of atoms. They are light, but still have a mass. They can be very damaging to the body because they have high energy, mass and charge - all of which contribute towards their ability to ionise your cells more easily the gamma rays.
Alpha radiation is identical to the nucleus of Helium in that is consists of 2 protons and 2 neutrons. It is slow compared to gamma and beta, but is still relatively fast-moving. It's much heavier than the previous 2, and much more highly charged - this means that it is highly dangerous when inside the body, because it's likely to collide with yoru cells and ionise them.
Hope that's helped
