where is the fuse-box that should be on the firewall of my 1991 GMC jimmy?
Iwas told that there should be a fuse box under the hood of my gmc jimmy and I can"t find it.
I am having trouble with my horn,cigarette lighter,stereo & my inside overhead lights.
I have changed all the internal fuses so I was told to check the ones on my firewall under the hood and I can"t find one
When you say that you are having trouble, does this mean that they don't work? If the fuse blows, they won't power the circut at all. An on-off-on again problem is not a fuse. If you do have a fuse box under the hood, the owners manual will tell and show you where it is. But if you don't, wool for a black plastic box 8in. by 4in. with a large harness of wires running into it on one of the inner fenders under the hood. It mught also be labled FUSE
