Here are some more information for Good Working:

A simple way to increase your productivity is to listen to music while working. It may sound counter intuitive, especially if you were taught that listening to music while working is bad. But studies have shown an increase in productivity when employees were given stereo headsets.
In an article titled "Can personal stereos improve your productivity?" in HR Magazine, it says that "Productivity increased dramatically for employees using stereos at work - about a 10.2 percent jump compared with rates before stereos were used."
It also didn't matter whether the jobs were high-skilled or low-skilled. In either case, there was an increase in productivity. "The productivity of individuals using headsets and working on simple jobs increased 14 percent..." For workers with complex jobs, their productivity increased by "6.3 percent compared with pre-stereo levels."
So if you don't listen to music while you work, give it a try. When I first learned this idea, I never listened to music while working. I believed that it wasn't good to listen to music when working. But I gave the idea a try. When I tried it out, I found that it made working more enjoyable and relaxing.
You could also try experimenting with different types of music. Music with lyrics might be distracting. So you could try music without lyrics. If you're doing routine work, fast music such as techno may speed up your pace. Calm, piano music might be good if you're doing creative work. If you're doing highly intensive work that requires a lot of thought, such as programming or solving complex math problems, perhaps having music off works better for you.
Experiment and find what works for you. Try different types of music for different situations. It's possible that the idea won't work and you find that you're better off without music. But you won't know unless you try.

Good Work Ethics - Not Just For The Employees
Whether you work for a large corporation or a small mom and pop type business, you will always hear an employer talk about "good work ethics." This reference is directed to the employees of the company.
What we fail to realize is "good work ethics" also are for the employers of a company. Many employers fail to think this applies to them.
When acting in a considerate manner, showing positive behavior will tend to trickle down to the employees. Demanding respect will not get you respect…earn it from the people that work for you, let them know you take their hard work seriously and appreciate it. In today's economic times it doesn't have to be with a monetary reward, you would be surprised how much a "thank you" or a kind word will go a long ways and get some wonderful results. When your employee feels appreciated they will work hard to make sure the job gets done.
Positive behaviors employees notice are, does the boss come in on time or early, do they handle conflict well, are they in control of their business, do they know what is going on in their business, do they follow the rules of the company.
A good employer sets the example for their employees. I have been on both sides of the coin and employer and employee, and I have worked for several colorful characters as well. I have seen employers belittle employees in front of other employees, I have seen them be rude, arrogant and obnoxious to not just employees but to their clients as well. This behavior triggers a reaction from their employees that is far from a positive reaction. Negative actions breed negative habits. An unhappy employee tends to be absent more often, make more mistakes, produces less work, increased employee turnover rate.
Employees that experience a positive work atmosphere tend to come to work on time (if not early), reflect a positive attitude and act in a professional manner.
Generally when I hear of a company that has a high employee turnover rate, one of the first things I will observe is the employer of the company. This gives me the explanation as to why the corporation is in turmoil. Explaining why I watch the owner/employer does not always go over well but it is a necessary detail I must follow in order to learn about the businesses weakness and strengths.
This is my belief and it has always been, treat people the way you would like to be treated. Old fashion advice, but still worth believing in.

What are some good working hair straighteners?
I have a ConAir one right now and it doesnt work at all.
My budget is 120 dollars.
What are some good working straighters? One that is good for your hair though and keeps hair straight all day.
I would recommend the Wigo. I have had one for 1 year and a half and its still going strong. It's really awesome, it heats up fast and works amazing. You can straighten while your hair is still damp too. It really gets the job done. I've had ConAir before and the Wigo is a luxury compared to the Wigo it's awesome. There are a couple options on the page. I got a pink one from ulta, I'm not sure what kind it is. But here is a page of different wigo's.
