Design: The Acer AS4530-6823 14.1-Inch laptop has a cool and confident look. It measures 13.35 x 9.57 x 1.14/1.54 inches and weighs 5.29 pounds. What I love about this laptop is that the top lid is a rounded and polished, giving it a very sleek look. The inside however is a quite typical Acer design. The 14.1-inch Acer Crystal Brite Technology-enhanced screen provides the perfect platform for video playback and 3D gaming.
Features & Performance: In terms of performance the processor has both good and bad qualities. Unfortunately, the AMD's Athlon X2 QL-62 dual-core processor requires significant power but this does enable greater performance and the running of multiple applications simultaneously. The NVIDIA GeForce graphics card allows for high definition video and photo editing as well as 3D gaming to some extent. The built in 802.11n Wi-Fi of the Acer AS4530-6823 14.1-Inch laptop offers up to five times the performance and twice the wireless range of the standard 802.11g wireless connections. Like in almost all Acer computers, one of the most compelling features of this model is its price. Considering the features and functions that this model have, it is surprisingly cheap, thus giving great value monies spent.
