i want to install the avic d3 on my new truck but dont know what steering control adapter is compatible with my truck and the sterio, and do i need a dash kit for this srerio. plz help
Well you can always use an adapter from the company PAC called a (SWIX), but you won't be able to use hardly any of the features of the radio. The only other solution is to purchase the add-on steering wheel remote from Pioneer model#CD-R55 that is made for use with the AVIC-D3.
