However, most people consider bigger plasma screen of 40 inches and more for the living room for movies.
Plasma televisions offer a better price to size ratio than LCDs but LCDs are offers more models in the smaller sizes than plasma which has mostly larger screens. Smaller LCDs screen are better for computer and games usage and for sets in the bedroom and kitchen.

Most LCD projections are sealed pretty well and don't require cleaning. If the TV is still under warranty i would do nothing as opening the TV would void any warranty. If for some reason your does need cleaning and know how to get the screen or back off then you have to see what kind of mirror it has. All projection TVs have either a regular glass based mirror or the other i call a stretched tin foil. If it is a glass mirror it will be thin it is it stretched tin foil it will be usually 1/2 inch thick with a frame. If it is glass mirror you can use any glass cleaner being careful not to get the cleaner down into the set itself by spraying the cleaner right onto a soft cloth. If it has a tin foil mirror then the only safe way is to dust it with a feather duster type using only a very very light touch. The tin foil can easily be scratched or dented and either will show big time on the screen. i would recommend not doing anything to the tin foil one. Also you can clean the lens of the projector with a damp cloth.
