RIM Blackberry 8110 Review

Well-known of producing groundbreaking products over the years, Research in motion (RIM) is a Canadian company catering to the ever changing demands of tech geeks around the world. With that being said, RIM is capable of coming up again with another innovative product to the market. Series of Blackberry phones have been created by the company, thanks to their collaboration with AT & T Mobility, T Mobile and Verizon Wireless.

And now, gaining much popularity nowadays is the newest version of the Blackberry – the RIM Blackberry 8110.

Here are the reasons why this new version is selling like hotcakes these days. For one, RIM Blackberry is very fashionable in its design. You can choose from three colors – blue, black and pink. The most visible change is the size. RIM Blackberry 8110 is designed much smaller. But its petite size doesn’t mean that its capability is limited.

In fact this newest version of the Blackberry is one of the most technologically advanced smart phones in the world today.

The phone also has GPS so you can use sat-nav in order to find your way when you travel. Its remarkable advantage is that it can pick up signal so fast than the other Blackberry versions, RIM Blackberry 8100 and 8120. This certainly makes it a lot better phone than the two.

Its advanced multimedia technology is simply amazing. It has a 2mp camera with a 5x digital zoom. Videos can be taken in both 240x180 and 174x144 because of its enhanced flash. You can share your videos by MMS quite easily due to these fantastic qualities.

Its “Sure-type” technology feature is simply smart. It automatically finishes the word you type and spell check as well, which makes sending messages and emails a lot quicker. A headphone jack is also available. It may not have Wi-Fi, but the sound of its speaker is simply loud and clear.

Users may expect more changes in this new Blackberry model, but RIM makes sure to add only one new feature at a time for each Blackberry launch. This policy of the company has its benefits as the phone users will be able to concentrate more on its single new feature and make it efficient.

But still, RIM will heed the consumer’s requests and may experiment with its future new technologies.

Does anyone know how I can bypass the NAV/DVD system in a Dodge...?

so that I can have the DVD video play in the front as well as the back while the vehicle is in motion? As soon as you take it out of park it turns the video off. On the same note, would that work so that you can enter info into the NAV system while driving too?

A lot of the vehicles use the vehicles communication(BUS) to control the video screen. The radio is communicating with the other control modules constantly and is constantly looking for a vehicle in park message. Dissabling the communication system will take out a lot of other functions as well.

It's been just a year since RIM acquired DASH and now comes word that June 30 will be the last day of "connected service." Dave Zatz, who used to work there, shares the final e-mails to customers in a post on his blog.
