QA 1. The gps navigation unit doesn't start up/ could not open the gps navigation unit.
a. The key is not turned to ACC or IGNITION position

a. GPS antenna is not plugged in

QA 12. Map does not appears on the monitor
a. It is possibly that the scale of the navigaiton map is either too small or too large

do we have to pay monthly charge for using navigation equipment or just buying from the market and installin gis suffice . i mean about the fee or no fee ?
in most cases you do have to pay a small fee,,because it does use a satellite to insure it is accurate,,and there is a small fee,,also included in it is automatic updating,it will renew its self every time the roads change,,or expand,,this is all included in the fee,,also 24 hour service is provided,,but all the ones i know of do have a fee involved with them,,i hope this help,s.
