They might buy it from you but at or below wholesale Let me tell you if you owe $15,000 on it and it is 7 months old they will most likely offer you some thing in or around the amount of $12,000 leaving three thousand dollars owed on it. You will have to go to the loan company and ask them if you can sell the vehicle short, this would allow you to get the title for the vehicle but you would still owe the difference on the vehicle the difference would be about $3,000. I think that if I was you I would ask the loan company if I could sell it short and then I would try to sell it privately you may not get the whole amount but you will maybe get more than with a dealer buying it from you
