You can order OS recovery discs from just about any manufacturer (Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.). Just find the support site for your brand of laptop, and there should be a place to enter your laptop model, serial, or something. It will eventually have a link for you to order recovery discs. They are often free, but if you have to pay, they are cheap. Like $5 or $10.
ALSO: Any Microsoft-branded OEM or retail disc can install with an OEM key. See if any friends have a disc you could borrow.
