My days go a lot better when I find time to jog.
It isn't that I cover a lot of miles. And I don't run fast. Further, I don't believe this activity is getting me into great shape, all by itself.
But I have a rosier outlook on life when I jog. That's good enough for me.
The same thing applies to cooking healthy meals. I do this about three or four times a week. Salmon probably swims across my plate a little too often, at least for other people's tastes. But I like it, and it leaves room for chocolate covered almonds and milk while I screen a movie.

I'm probably going to insert sleeping tips, vacation necessities, and other activities that are as vital to my proper functioning as motor oil is to a car.
Why would I need to do this?
I believe in the Oracle of Delphi's prescription: "Know Thyself." My theory is that all of us know ourselves, but we keep forgetting who we are, and how life works best, for us.
We gain a lot of weight before we inquire: "What am I doing wrong?" Only then do we realize that our last big business assignment threw us off our exercise and diet routines and we simply didn't get back to them, and months or years have elapsed.
With a manual, we can have checklists, somewhat like what computer diagnostics can do with your car's exhaust. If our fuel mix is too rich, we can tune-down the RPM's, idling at a smoother or friendlier pace.
Try writing an owner's manual for yourself. Focus on what you need to stay in top form.
You may find a few surprises in there.

The Delphi XM Roady Radio Receiver is the smallest radio receiver available on the market. When buying a full kit, you will find in the box the following: receiver, micro-antenna, three faceplates, cigarette lighter power adaptor, cassette adaptor, universal mounting bracket and manual. It is told that the Delphi XM Roady is the direct competitor of Terk XM Commander, being slightly less expensive if you buy the Commander without the FM Modulator. As for the receiver, well.. how small can it be? It is very small. Like I said, it is the smallest receiver you can find out there to buy. The colors are quite brilliant, so that we could spoil our looks by watching red, green, sky blue, orange, night blue, purple and pink. If you're really a fashion maniac, you can combine the colors with the three colored faceplates for a dazzling look. As a conclusion, I can say that the Delphi XM Radio Receiver is a pretty good gadget to buy, the reviews being generally positive. That doesn't mean you can't buy something that won't work as you would expect, but, if you choose the right place to buy (where customer service is a really important thing to notice), you would be very pleased of the acquisition. Overall, for its price it is an extraordinary unit.

XM Radio not working properly?
I have the delphi myfi xm radio. When I plug it in the cradle in my house, everything works fine. But, when I plug in into my car cradle, only about 4 stations show up (XM ID#, XM Preview, Sports Preview, Emergency Alert). I get a full signal in both places, so that isn't the problem. Any idea what is wrong?
Maybe something in your car is blocking the waves or something. Is the receiver under anything metal? That seems to screw mine up.
