we want to heat our pool and are unsure of how to mount the hose on top of our roof?
we are going to run about 500 ft of black irrigation hose about 3/4 in size from the return line of our pump to the top of that garage however we are unsure of how to secure it to the roof with out doing damage to the roof. please help

You are looking at close to 960 pounds of water- plus mounting hardware- so I hope your structural engineering is up to snuff. Lifting that much water that far may require pumps in stages- you will be dealing with a lot of pressure here, so include that in your consideration of joints and bonding solutions.

But your question was how to do it without damaging your roof. Any roof penetration (nails/screws) will add leak potential, so minimizing the number of penetrations will minimize the risk.
I'd build a frame for your hose array- which could be mounted with minimal nails/screws at the top and bottom of your structure.
