Rarely with any filter give 10-15 hp. Under dyno tuning will give it maybe 5hp to the wheels. You will probably notice if you been driving your truck for a while before the mod. But little if you mod it right away. The filter will save you a little bit more gas if anything.
If you want power than test pipes are the biggest bang for the buck. You got to know someone to put it on and off when smogs comes around though.
