How much does a professional installation of a subwoofer, amp, and stereo cost?
i have a car and was wanting to put some subwoofers in the trunk...how much would it cost to have a someone install the subs, amp, and stereo in my car?
Well if you lived here in San Antonio Tx I would do it for you myself for cheap* If you bought all the required parts yourself n brought to me, I'd do it for maybe $50. If you took it to me with nothing and i needed parts, I would charge around $60-$70 for parts (yes all wires, fuses, etc) I get em cheap, practically free and $40 for install. See I do this stuff for fun. I do jobs for free sometimes if theyre really small jobs. Im professional though. Ive been doing it for the love of it since I was 16 (my first install, my own) im 21 and ive installed many different types of setups and components.
But sorry to get off track. But it really depends on where you take it and where you live. These prices these other people are giving you sound really high. I guess the cost of living down here in Texas isnt as high as other places. But A professional place here would probably max at $200 for whole install. Its hard to say.
