2004 GMC Tahoe - How do I get to the blower motor?
The blower only operates on the highest setting, I think it's 5. On 1 through 4 there's nothing, on heat, defrost, a/c, all settings. I've been told it probably needs a new circuit board, which is mounted on the blower motor. Do I crawl under and go behind the glove box, or pull the glove box? How hard is this job? Thanks!
what you need is a blower motor resistor.... it's right in front of the blower motor, not on it.
Don't touch the glove box, just remove the sound insulator from the bottom and then remove the 2 resistor screws 5.5mm and replace resistor.
