sitting in practicly a sauna?
im not sure how to spell it right, but whatever.
im sitting in my room, with my heater on. i have it set for 85, my room temp is 90 now, im covered in blankets, and i have sweat pants, an under shirt type thing, a tshirt and a long sleeve tshirt on. ive been here like this for about 20 minuets, but my heart is starting to race.
2 things,
1. will this make me lose weight? safe or not.
2. is this safe?
I am sorry to say but that is the DUMBEST thing I have ever heard of. You will do nothing but lose water weight and when you cool off you will gain it right back. If you want to lose weight get up off your butt and do some exercise. Run, walk, or anything but sit in a hot room...duh!
