Used car parts save us thousands of dollars off the total of our car repair bills it's a fact.  Whether you are looking for foreign, domestic or Japanese car parts or are shopping for truck parts; shopping for used parts just makes sense.  Truck parts are incredibly expensive but made oh so much cheaper when you purchase used truck parts instead.

That does not mean that we still don't need to do our homework.  We need to check to make sure that the auto parts dealers that are selling those used parts test them to make sure that they meet high-quality specifications.  We need to make sure that they will guarantee or warranty these parts.  That they have available LKQ used parts and OEM parts for our replacement parts needs.  Also as the consumer we have the right to good customer service; after all this is a consumer driven market.  Meaning that there is not a lot of consumers spending and stores want our money so we can ask for the basic customer needs that we deserve.  Basic customer needs are as simple as wide selection, quality, ease of purchase and checkout and that the store will be available and welcome us to contact them and ask question should we have any.  You will be surprised that there are a lot of stores that this is the normal mode of operation for them.  So when you have to part with that unexpected large amount of money for your car repairs don't despair.  Getting your parts for fixing your car is much easier and there are a lot of great stores out there to help.
