Do you want to take the music from a cd and put it on your Mp3 player, or do want to directly download music tracks from the internet on to your Mp3 player. If you want to get music from a cd onto your Mp3 player, you will first need copy your cd with windows media player or another cd playing software. You will need to change the format into "Mp3" format by "ripping" it. "Ripping" a CD is basically copying music to your computer.

What helps basketball players and track athletes more before a game lots of protein or lots of carbs?
Mainly I'm asking this question for sports performance before a game. What helps the fast twitch fibers more before the event lots of carbs or lots of protein? I notice somedays I can't jump as high or run as fast. I really believe it has something to do with what I'm eating before I play basketball...so which is it most likely because I didn't eat enough carbohydrates or I didn't eat enough protein for that day prior to playing basketball? Which foods will help me jump higher that day?
i think it should be protein because carbs will just make you tired after a moment.
