Choosing the Right Sub and Enclosure?.....?
I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. I recently swapped out the old front speakers with two Infinity's (135 watts peak power) and put in a 6-speaker roll bar (3-way 200 Watt maximum with two 6" woofers, two 2" mid-range and two 1" tweeters)
The only issue I have with the set-up is the lack of bass, so I'm planning on purchasing a sub. The problem is that I have no clue on what to buy. What size would be suitable? With the lack of space in a wrangler, I don't want anything to large also....
I've also heard that picking the right enclosure is really important. Who makes a decent one?
Any suggestions would be awesome!

Since there is a lack of space and you're only looking for a little extra bass, then a single 12" subwoofer is all you need.
As far as finding something that works, you have a few different options.
1. Find the different components individually
a. Find a subwoofer that fits your price range.
b. Find a subwoofer enclosure to mount your subwoofer in.
c. Get an amplifier to power the subwoofer.
2. Find a subwoofer that is already in an enclosure, and purchase the amplifier seperately.
3. Find an active subwoofer. Active subwoofers are already mounted in a subwoofer enclosure and have a built in amplifier.
Just remember that no matter which option you choose, you are going to have to route the amplifier power cable from the battery, run the ground cable from the amplifier, run your pre-amp cables, and run your remote turn on lead. With all of this in mind, you might as well choose options 1 or 2 since those options are almost always better setups. IE: you get better quality sound.
Active subwoofer in my experience are cheaper and not worth the money since most people end up upgrading from them anyway.
